When painting this artwork I found myself rediscovering the fairytale essence of a childlike fantasy world. A world of elemental magic and enchanted adventures places where miracles happen and anything is possible.

My process for creating this artwork was to lay down a wash of multiple harmonious colours, and wait for the magic to happen on my paper. . I start to see shapes or an energy of elements coming forth and use this to influence and inspire the composition of the artwork.
